Step 1: Access VJackpot

• Click on the V-Jackpot button from the main menu.

Step 2: Check Your Tickets

• Scroll down, and you’ll see the V-Jackpot Tickets you own.
  
  This section displays:
  
  Total Winnings:
  
  Your total prize amount won from the raffle.
  
  Unclaimed Prize:
  
  Any prizes that you’ve won but haven’t claimed yet.

Step 3: Reset Your Payment Password

• Click the Forget Old Password button to start resetting your password.

Log in to VWorld, follow this guide,

and check your VJackpot tickets to claim your prizes!
