E-Wallet Transfer Tutorial

Step 1: Open the V-World App

Launch the V-World app on your device and tap on the "Wallet" button to access your account.

Step 2: Select "E-Wallet Transfer"

Once you're in the wallet section, choose "E-Wallet Transfer" to begin the transaction process.

Step 3: Enter Transfer Amount

Type in the amount you wish to transfer from your V-World wallet to your selected e-wallet.

Step 4: Confirm the Amount

After entering the desired amount, press "Confirm" to proceed with the transfer.

Step 5: Choose Your E-Wallet

Select your preferred e-wallet from the available options, such as Boost, GrabPay, Shopee Pay, or Touch 'n Go.

Step 6: Start the Transaction

Press "START" to initiate the transfer process.

Step 7: Agree to the Terms

Tap "I AGREE" to confirm that you understand and accept the transaction details.

Step 8: Scan the QR Code

A QR code will appear on your screen. Scan the code using your chosen e-wallet app to complete the payment process.

Step 2: Select "DuitNow QR"

In the wallet section, click on "DuitNow QR" to begin your top-up process.

Step 3: Enter the Top-Up Amount

Input the amount you wish to top up into your V-World account.

Step 4: Confirm the Amount

Once you’ve entered the amount, click "Confirm" to proceed.

Step 5: Wait for the QR Code

Wait for a moment while the system generates the DuitNow QR code for your top-up.

Step 6: Scan the QR Code

Using your mobile banking app or e-wallet, scan the QR code displayed on the screen to complete the top-up.

In the wallet section, click on "TNG Paylink" to begin your transfer process.

Step 3: Enter the Transfer Amount

Input the amount you want to transfer into your V-World account.

After entering the desired amount, click "Confirm" to proceed.

Step 5: Wait for a Moment

Allow the system a moment to process your request and prepare for the next step.

Step 6: Enter Recipient’s Phone Number and TNG Password

Provide the recipient's phone number and enter your TNG password for verification.

Step 7: Wait for the TAC Code

Wait for the TAC (Transaction Authentication Code) to be sent to your phone.

Step 8: Enter the TAC Code

Once you receive the TAC code, input it into the app to complete the transaction.

In the wallet section, click on "Bank Transfer" to begin your top-up process using ALLPAY.

Step 3: Enter the Top-Up Amount

Input the amount you want to top up into your V-World account.

Step 4: Click "Submit"

Once you've entered the amount, click "Submit" to proceed to the next step.

Step 5: Choose Your Bank

Select the bank you wish to use for the transfer from the list of available options.

Step 6: Click "Next"

After choosing your bank, click "Next" to review your transaction details.

Step 7: Confirm Deposit Information

Check the deposit information to ensure everything is correct before proceeding.

Step 8: Click "Confirm"

Click "Confirm" to complete the top-up process and transfer the funds.
